M & R Investments was the buyer of the 5.43 acres of land located at the SWC of Cave Creek Rd and Ashler Hills Drive.

Transwestern today announced the sale of Abrams Land Parcel, a land parcel located in Cave Creek, for $7.26MM.  Bobby Bull, managing director and Matt Lockin, sales associate of Transwestern multifamily investment sales team in the west region, represented the seller, Jack & Lynn Londen of Londen Land Companies, in the transaction. Trammell Crow Residential was the buyer of the 15.16 acres of land located at the southeast corner of Rancho Paloma Drive and Cave Creek Road.
