Robin Williams is a Senior Vice President with the Transwestern Mid-Atlantic Multifamily Group with a focus on business development in the greater Baltimore metro and Prince George’s County regions. Mr. Williams has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, with knowledge and expertise in multifamily investments in the Washington, DC and Baltimore regions. Robin has been directly involved in the sale of over 32,000 apartments units accounting for over $2.3 billion in sales volume.
Prior to joining Transwestern, Robin was Senior Director at JBM Realty Advisors, and was responsible for the marketing and sale of multifamily properties in the Mid-Atlantic region. From 1998 to 2006, Robin was Senior Vice President at Ideal Realty Group (IRG). |  | Randy Martin - Managing Senior Vice President

randy.martin@transwestern.net Randy provides leadership for the Transwestern Mid-Atlantic Investment Services Group. Responsibilities include recruiting, agent development, business development, client services, marketing strategies and resources, distressed asset strategies, developing practice groups and providing brokerage services. Randy has 30 years of commercial real estate experience in the Washington-Baltimore region. He first joined Transwestern’s predecessor, the Carey Winston Company, in 1974.

tim.mccann@transwestern.net Tim is the Managing Director of Transwestern’s Mid-Atlantic Structured Finance Group. As a member of the Structured Finance Group, which specializes in mezzanine lending, equity, and other commercial real estate financing techniques, as well as first mortgage originations; Tim is primarily responsible for originating debt and equity on behalf of Transwestern clients. Tim has over 20 years of credit and underwriting experience in the Washington-Baltimore region.
|  | Tanya works directly with the Mid-Atlantic Investment Services Group on marketing, analysis and business development opportunities. She is responsible for the conceptualization and implementation of strategic marketing efforts on the asset and team level including the production of offering memorandum and proposals, as well as managing the transaction analysis and due diligence process. Ms. Slesinger has eight years experience in the real estate industry. Since joining Transwestern in 2006, she has directed sales campaigns for over $450 million in investment sale transactions spanning all product types. | |
