Jeff Rogers

Jeff has specialized in the multifamily real estate sector for 29 years and joined Transwestern in 2006. Brokerage through exclusive representation has been his primary focus closing over 400 multifamily transactions for institutional clients, privately held companies and individuals. Jeff has experienced several cycles and handled REO’s assets in the late 1980s, 2003 and 2004. Additional focuses include student properties and infill redevelopment. Jeff’s expertise includes financial analysis, valuation, underwriting, pricing of assets, market statistics and forecasting, and contract negotiations all leading to client satisfaction. 

Chris Stutzman

Chris has been involved in the multifamily real estate industry for over 13 years and has been involved exclusively in multifamily brokerage since entering the industry. Chris’s expertise falls in several aspects of the business including financial analysis, property underwriting and valuation, marketing campaign implementation, contract negotiations and escrow management. All are key aspects which are lent to a transaction when Chris is involved.

Laura Keiner

Laura Keiner joined Transwestern in 2009 and currently serves as the Marketing Coordinator for the Austin/San Antonio Multifamily Group.  Laura is responsible for property marketing, market research, transaction coordination and the various administrative activities associated with this role.  Laura provides the group with creative direction on all aspects of marketing - from conception to execution, as well as coordinating the market operations within the team as it applies to client relations.  Laura gives special attention to detail to all marketing ideas and collateral that flow in and out of the office.
